First Post/New Year’s Resolutions

It’s taken me a while to build up the courage to start blogging and share my thoughts. Finally, I’ve started to blog as a new years resolution. Also thanks to Akansha Agrawal’s post that gave me that last final push to start blogging. I thought it would be nice to have all my thoughts, projects, and progress on fitness, health, and music in one place not only for anyone who is interested, but also for myself. I find some sort of inner peace when I write out my thoughts. Also tracking my progress on all things fitness keeps me motivated! My true aspiration in life is to help people by motivating and inspiring them to live a happy and healthy life, to follow their passions, and do what they love, so I’ve come up with a list of general resolutions (inspired by WellnessFX) for this year to achieve just that!
  1. Giving (volunteering, inspiring, motivating)
  2. Gaining (muscle, toning up, happiness)
  3. Losing (fat loss, stress, negativity)
I’m very excited to see where this year will take me, especially with my new found hobby of blogging!
